The hotel's rooms, though a bit older, were clean and had a comfortable bed and linens, something we always appreciate at Best Western. However, there were multiple maintenance issues, and the room smelled like cigarettes with noisy neighbors. The service was a mix of friendly and professional but not as warm as expected. The location was convenient for airport access, but noise was a concern. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were clean and had good proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, being light sleepers, having a service animal, and ending up on the ground floor in a room with a ripped couch made it hard to rest well.
